Pursuant to the Private enforcement agents act, the state delegates pubic functions and power to the private enforcement agents, among which the most important are:
Forced collection of monetary debts
Forced realization of non-monetary rights
When delegated, enforcement procedures for a collection of pubic state or municipal monetary claims
Enforcement of a writ of entry into a property
Orders for preservation of a bank accounts or receivables ruled as interim measures
Sealing and preservation of immovable properties ruled as interim measures
Serving of private documents applying the Civil procedural code pursuant to Art. 18, par. 5 of the Private enforcement act.
Upon assignment by the creditor who has commenced performance under the Special Pledges Act, transfers the pledged property or sale
Performs the functions, rights and obligations of a depositary, according to the Special Pledges Act.
